How to cancel your subscription

To cancel a DocPat paid plan, go to Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DocPat → Cancel. You will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically moves to the Free plan (100 MB storage). Your documents remain intact — you just cannot upload new ones beyond the Free limit.

You do not need to contact us to cancel. If you want a refund after cancelling, see the Refund Policy in our Terms of Service or email us with your Google Play order ID.

A note on what we can — and cannot — help with

Because all your documents are encrypted with keys only you hold, our support team can never view, unlock, or recover your encrypted documents. We can help you with your account, devices, sharing settings, and billing. If you lose all your devices and your recovery PIN, your records are irrecoverable — this is by design to protect your privacy. Please keep your recovery PIN stored safely.
